Wednesday, September 07, 2005 Advice Sought: Baby Monitors Stricken by the Rule of Threes, I need to purchase our third baby in 15 months.
The only has two channels, but on both we experienced static and occasional cordless phone conversations.
Here is laundry list of issues with our first two purchases.
There has been slight drop in it's ability to pick up our kid's noises, but not to the point where it's become a problem.
Problem #1: The receiver is very touchy in its ability pick up the monitor signal.
Thingamadad, I posted a bit on the at Blogging Baby as well.
The bad: Expensive for cordless phones, phones may not be loud enough on the end so you'd have to keep them close by.
Now I just unplug when I think there might one thunderstorms, etc.
